Abstract
In order to contribute even more to the Cuban economy and given the current scenario that the Antillean nation is experiencing, it is necessary to develop production in each of the lines of the companies that make up the OSDE Geominsal. Likewise, their strengthening, from a different approach, is part of the strategic axis approved by the country's leadership. Companies must focus on the complex task of revolutionizing their organizational culture and within this the productive chain, promoting values oriented towards quality, efficiency, innovation, knowledge and competitiveness, with the purpose of strengthening their role as a fundamental link. of socio-economic development. Reflecting on quality as a strategy - framed in the current and future conditions of an unstable, changing market, with innumerable risks and a high level of competition and uncertainty - should be everyone's task, both managers and workers. In this sense, the present work aims to assess the most relevant aspects for the achievement of an adequate organizational culture oriented towards quality, taking the OSDE Geominsal as a point of reference.
